Our Commitment

Gaming Is Entertainment, Not a Solution

At jete9, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for all players across Bangladesh. We understand that for the vast majority of our users, gambling is a leisure activity — something to enjoy during BPL season, Eid holidays, or a quiet evening. However, we also recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic. That is why responsible gaming sits at the core of everything we do.

Our responsible gaming framework is designed to give you full control over your gambling habits. We offer practical tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options — all available directly through your jete9 account settings. If you ever feel your gambling is no longer fun or is causing financial strain, we encourage you to use these tools without hesitation.

jete9 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Gambling with money you cannot afford to lose, chasing losses, or using gambling as a way to cope with stress are all warning signs of problem gambling. If any of these apply to you, please reach out to our support team immediately.

Strict 21+ Age Policy

jete9 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players. We do not allow minors to open accounts or participate in any form of gambling or betting on our platform. During account verification, we may request valid identification documents to confirm that you meet this requirement. If we discover that an account is held by someone under the age of 21, the account will be closed immediately and all funds returned. Parents and guardians in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet and across Bangladesh are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling websites.

Know the Signs

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can affect anyone regardless of age, income, or background. Being aware of the warning signs is the first step toward getting help. Look out for the following patterns in yourself or someone you care about:

  • Spending more money on gambling than you planned or can afford
  • Chasing losses — betting more to try to recover money already lost
  • Gambling affecting your relationships, work, or daily responsibilities
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not gambling
  • Borrowing money, selling possessions, or hiding gambling activity from family

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I set a deposit limit on my jete9 account?
Log in to your jete9 account and navigate to the Responsible Gaming section within your account settings. From there you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Changes that reduce your limit take effect immediately; increases may require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
What is self-exclusion and how does it work at jete9?
Self-exclusion is a voluntary decision to restrict your access to jete9 for a defined period. You can request exclusion for 30 days, 6 months, or permanently via your account settings or by contacting our support team. During the exclusion period you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Marketing communications are also suppressed.
Is jete9 available to players under 21 years old?
No. jete9 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all account holders. We verify age during the registration and KYC process. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be closed and all deposits returned. We encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software to block access to gambling platforms.
Can I take a short break without fully excluding myself?
Yes. jete9 offers a cooling-off or time-out feature that lets you temporarily pause your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, or up to 7 days. During this period you cannot log in or gamble but your account remains active and will reopen automatically at the end of the chosen period.
Where can I find more help if gambling is affecting my life?
First, contact jete9 support at [email protected] and request activation of self-exclusion or a spending limit. You can also speak with independent counsellors and helplines available in Bangladesh. Our support team can guide you to appropriate local resources. You are not alone — help is available.
